If we detect significant damage or need a full rebuild, we'll quote you upfront before proceeding. Recovery from ransomware is assessed case-by-case and may require specialist data recovery, which we can source.
- What's your service area?
- We visit on-site across Toowoomba, Highfields, Oakey, Pittsworth, Dalby, Warwick, Gatton, Chinchilla, and Roma. We also serve Brisbane, Ipswich, and SEQ by appointment. - Yes. Failed, corrupted, or encrypted drives can sometimes be recovered. We assess the issue, quote a recovery fee upfront, and only proceed with your approval. Recovery success depends on the failure type (logical vs. physical) and drive condition. Get in touch for a diagnosis.
- Do laptop and desktop repairs cost the same?
- Repair complexity varies by device. Both are $185/hour. A laptop screen replacement might be a quick job; a motherboard fault could take longer. We diagnose on-site and give you an honest time estimate before we begin.
- What if I need support after 7pm or on weekends?
